What: One of the effects of yesterday's storm. As the guy with the Amish beard said when he pointed this out to me, it could have been worse. It could have been a kid under there and not a car.

Then he told me two other things:

:: How he'd gotten a friend back for teasing him by dressing a mannequin in a cop uniform, tying it to the friend's back bumper, then presumably having a good laugh when the guy got pulled over and thrown into the back seat of a police car. Apparently the effect was quite realistic.

:: How he got sprayed by a skunk this one time when he was working in Montana.
