Where: Seville, Spain
When: Oct. 8, 2006
Camera: Canon PowerShot A620
Notes: The 10th-century Alcázar in Seville is sometimes compared with Palacio Nazaries at the Alhambra in Granada. It's just about as spectacular but, as our tour guide explained, the Alhambra suffered through centuries of disuse and neglect, while the Alcázar has always been in use. The Alcázar's caretakers have kept the paint job intact over the years, so it's much more colorful than Palacio Nazaries.
